A multi-generational DeLandite, Taylor Bass is a passionate entrepreneur, chef, and community advocate. As the owner and operator of four local businesses, she has played a pivotal role in shaping DeLand’s vibrant culinary scene while demonstrating unwavering support for the community through her philanthropic efforts and leadership roles.

Taylor’s culinary journey began in New York City, where she attended culinary school and honed her skills. Inspired by her experiences, she returned home with a mission—to bring fresh, delicious food to DeLand in a warm, family-friendly setting.

Through BakeChop Co. and her other ventures, Taylor continues to create spaces where great food and community come together, ensuring that DeLand remains a place where both locals and visitors feel at home.
